Bees can be the most amazing little creatures. When you start to delve into the world of the honey bee it is mind-blowing, the amount of theory and literature can be very daunting for a person who wants to learn about bees or to become a bee keeper.

Here at Valentia bee beds, we don’t like to overcomplicate things and know how to teach in a simple understandable way. You don’t need to know the whole history of bees to become a bee keeper! At the start you need the most important and relevant information.

We use the bee beds to teach about the honey bee in a relaxed and 100% safe environment. We can observe the hive close up through our specially designed hive housed within the bee beds.

We can teach you in 1.5 hours what might take a new beekeeper 1.5 years to learn (seriously)!
